UK Monitoring supports a range of Redcare products for alarm transmission.

The Redcare Classic solution sits on a dedicated phone line, signals are then polled frequently to ensure there are no faults with the communication path. Flexibility allows for GPRS - mobile technology to work alongside a standard telephone line as back-up. If one of the lines is tampered with the other continues to monitor and raise any alerts.

Redcare Secure utilises GPRS as primary and landline (PSTN) as secondary path for alarm transmission, Redcare Secure also provides for an IP signalling solution.

Redcare conforms to the latest police policies (ACPO and ACPOS) and complies with European Standards for alarm signalling up to Grade 2, which is a medium level of protection.
