Established in 1985 for over 25 years UK Monitoring has been at the forefront of security and emergency helpline monitoring systems.

Following the recent investment of £3million both in new technologies and a purpose built head office and Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) UK Monitoring is now better equipped than ever to meet the needs of its clients.

Based in Bradford, West Yorkshire UK Monitoring is not only able to service local areas such as Leeds and Manchester but the whole of the UK.

All aspects of security and emergency service call out are serviced including CCTV monitoring, IP signalling, Dualcom alarm systems, Redcare Agile, together with the more standard Digital Communicator.

The highly experienced team at UK Monitoring have a wealth of knowledge to advise and support customers throughout all stages from installation to monitoring and reporting. The team have direct access to every major police, ambulance and fire station throughout the UK.

ARC is manned 24hrs / 365 days per year, ensuring clients receive constant protection day and night. Fully NACOSS accredited and operating within the strict guidelines of ISO 9001:2000 as well as BS 5979 the Centre operates a failsafe ‘hot backup'.
