UK Monitoring offers a range of different Redcare products. These include standard redcare, redcare GSM and redcare ISDN. You can get more information on these products at BT Redcare's Site.

• Standard Redcare - A secure continuously monitored connection from your premises to the Currer Street ARC. This connection is duplicated with additional receiving equipment at our Grattan Road ARC.
  
  
• Standard Redcare meets Grade 4 of European Standard 50131
  
  
• Alarm Signals delivered to the ARC even if the phone line is in use
  
  
• A Modem Compatibility Decice (MCD) will allow you to use the same line for fax or data services.
  
• No call charges for the transmission of high speed alarm signals.
  
  
• Duplicated networks (BT and UK Monitoring) ensures the highest levels of resilience.
  
  
• Redcare GSM provides all of the features above but also utilises O2's GSM network to provide a secondary signalling path. If either path fails the other will transmit the alarm signals to the ARC.
  
  
• Redcare ISDN can pass text information such as "Intruder Main Office" and you can fully utilise your ISDN line for the transmission of other data.
