New Control Room Manager
Deborah Hanson joins UK Monitoring as Control Room Manager. Deborah previously worked for Dixons in one of their call centres and her main aim is to align operator resouces to match the fluctuating demands of a twenty four seven Alarm receiving Centre

Deborah is looking forward to meeting as many customers as possible so she can get to know what service levels you expect from us.



New Innovations
The alarm industry and ARC's are having to adopt new standards and types of signaling. Signaling via IP (using customers broadband connections) is becoming increasingly popular due to it's price advantages over other types of signaling.



Training
UK now has a dedicated full time trainer and utilises external training sources as required. Operators will be having customer service training as well as alarm handling training. PC skills training in the use of email and MS Office applications is also scheduled for the near future.



Open House
